We’re inviting the first 50 accepted properties to join Cotswold Stays as Founding Stays. The idea is simple: remove the cost and complexity while we build the audience, the collection and the tools owners actually need.

  • 0% Cotswold Stays commission on bookings made through your existing booking route
  • A full editorial-style property page
  • Inclusion in relevant destination and stay collections
  • Consideration for guides and seasonal editorial features
  • Preferential renewal terms before paid plans are introduced
  • No exclusivity — keep using Airbnb, Booking.com, your own website or your current agency

What happens after the first year?

We won’t introduce paid plans simply because twelve months have passed. The aim is to charge only once Cotswold Stays can demonstrate useful traffic, clicks or enquiries.

Our current planned pricing is £149 per year for Standard and £299 per year for Featured. Founding properties will be offered preferential renewal terms before any paid pricing is introduced.

Optional direct booking is a later phase. Our current proposal is an 8% commission only where a booking is actually completed through Cotswold Stays.
