A little more time
Cotswold Falconry Centre offers a close, well-explained look at birds of prey, from tiny owls to powerful eagles. The flying displays are the highlight: keepers show how different species hunt, turn and land, and explain the conservation work behind the centre. Between displays, paths lead past aviaries and shaded woodland.
Allow half a day, checking the display timetable before you set off so you do not miss the birds you most want to see. The site works well for families and photographers, although some paths are uneven and displays can change with wind or rain. It pairs naturally with Batsford Arboretum and a Moreton-in-Marsh lunch.
